The Business Office Manager is responsible for supporting and leading all business related functions at the Bridgemoor Transitional Care (BTC) to include: billing – Medicare, insurance and private pay, collections, payroll, accounts payable, monthly reporting, and purchasing activities.

Here is what we are looking for:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance is preferred
  • Previous experience working in a Business Office Management role in long term care is highly desired
  • Working knowledge of general accounting, billing and collections and expense management practices
  • A strong knowledge of billing and general accounts receivable systems is critical
  • Able to perform budget analysis and variance reporting
  • Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws
  • Strong knowledge of Medicare and insurance reporting and guidelines
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with a variety of backgrounds is required
  • Experience with supply management and purchasing is desired
