The Executive Director is responsible for leading administrative-related functions at the Bridgemoor Transitional Care (BTC) to include: finances, clinical, patient satisfaction, patient care, employee relations, and overall BTC operations. This role oversees staff engagement and ensures a positive culture is promoted throughout the BTC.   

Here is what we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's and/or Masters degree in Healthcare Administration
  • Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the state of TX
  • At least 2 years of experience in a transitional care or long-term care setting
  • Able to perform budget analysis and variance reporting
  • Working knowledge of federal and state laws
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with a variety of backgrounds is required
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to drive innovation within the property
  • Successful completion of accredited Food Handler's Training Course within sixty (60 days) of employment
