The Certified Medication Aide (CMA) is responsible for administering prescribed medications to residents and maintaining related medical records under the supervision of the Assisted Living Director and Chief Nursing Officer.

Here's what we are looking for:

  • Successful completion of State Approved Medication Aide Training and Competency Evaluation Program. Good standing in the state registry is required. 
  • Preferred one (1) year of previous health care experience
  • Ability to communicate with residents and nursing staff.
  • Ability to read and write English
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • CPR Certification by the American Heart Association required


  • As assigned; including some weekends, evenings and holidays


Have the ability to safely perform movements such as pushing, pulling, lifting, bending, kneeling, reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds and transferring up to 100 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations.
